Major plans for closing Hemweg power station

On the model in Finn Dudok van Heel's studio, the chimney of the Hemweg power plant has already been given a Euromast-like panorama platform. The lookout point would then be almost twice as high as the A'DAM Tower. At 175 metres, the coal-fired power plant, which will close at the end of this year, is the tallest building in the city.
